If a shipment has been lost by the carrier (i.e., USPS) and is not recovered, and the delivery confirmation report shows a non-delivery, we will reship at no cost to the customer. However, if the shipment is claimed to be lost by the carrier and the delivery confirmation shows “delivered,” our guarantee has been fulfilled, and WE WILL NOT RESHIP YOU YOUR ORDER FREE OF CHARGE.
If a product is missing from your order, please contact us. Once we verify the legitimacy of the claim, we will send the missing item to you. All orders are documented and photographed prior to shipping to prevent fraudulent claims.

Reshipping Policy
If your product is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, we will reship your order if you provide us with a new address. However, you will be responsible for the new shipping charges. If your product is returned due to customs issues in your country, we will not reship the package. However, if your package is returned, we will refund your payment after subtracting a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges.
