Return Policy

US Domestic Customers

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 60 days of your purchase for a full refund, provided the products are unused and intact. SARMs America will not cover the cost of return shipping.

If a US domestic item does not arrive due to a USPS problem, we will offer a full refund or a replacement. However, if an item is marked as “delivered” by USPS and the customer cannot find it, we do not offer a refund.

International Customers

If an international shipment does not make it through US customs, we offer one free reshipment or a full refund. However, if the shipment passes through US customs but is held by foreign customs or a foreign delivery service loses the package, we do not offer a refund. You are responsible for knowing the up-to-date laws of your country.

If an item reaches a U.S. export center, such as New York, NY, or Miami, FL, it is viewed as having passed to a foreign delivery service, even if no further update is made.

Return Procedure

If you would like to return an item, please email us at sales@sarmsamerica.co. We will provide you with the return address and issue a refund as soon as we receive and verify the condition of the item. Items can be returned within 60 days of purchase.

The customer is responsible for paying for and printing the return mailing label.

Refund Method

If you need a refund, Sarmsamerica will refund your payment using the original payment method.

Shipping Policy

We have a 1-day handling time on all orders during weekdays.

We currently ship only via USPS First Class, or USPS Priority if the package weighs enough.

While we do not have control over USPS delivery times, our packages typically arrive anywhere in the US within 2-5 business days after shipment and arrive internationally within 6-10 days. Occasionally, due to customs issues, international orders may take longer than the expected amount of time.

Payment Policy

Buyers must be over the age of 18 to purchase from our website. We accept payment through our website with Credit Cards, Checks, and Bitcoin, and can accommodate Peer-to-peer payment methods. If these options do not work for you, please email us at sales@sarmsamerica.co to discuss other options.

Billing Policy

The customer is only billed once, at the point of sale. There are no additional fees beyond the price listed on the sales page, except for the MAX REDEMPTION payment method, which charges a small fee.
